Agnar Tablets may cause constipation, increased calcium levels in blood or urine, abdominal pain, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, unusual weight loss, mental/mood changes, bone/muscle pain, headache, increased thirst and urination, weakness, tiredness, fast/pounding heartbeat and serious allergic reactions including rash, itching/swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

When not to Use
Agnar Tablets must not be used in patients: - With hypersensitivity to any of the ingredient of the product. - Who are on warfarin therapy. - With increased levels of calcium in blood or urine. - With kidney stones. - With severe renal impairment and renal failure. - With increased levels of Vitamin D.

Precaution
Caution is advised in patients who have serious medical condition and who are taking other medications.
Agnar Tablets Warnings
Warning 1
During long-term treatment, serum calcium levels should be followed and renal function should be monitored through measurements of serum creatinine.
Warning 2
Agnar Tablets may be given during pregnancy and nursing. However, pregnant and nursing women should consult a healthcare practitioner prior taking Agnar Tablets.
Warning 3
Overdose can lead to hypervitaminosis and hypercalcaemia. Persistently high calcium levels may lead to irreversible renal damage and soft tissue calcification. Treatment: Use of Agnar Tablets must be discontinued. Serum electrolytes, renal function and diuresis must be monitored.
